Kenneth L. Drumheller

Kenneth L. Drumheller, 82, of Paxinos, passed away at his home on September 17, 2025. He was the devoted husband of Doris (Reed) Drumheller, with whom he shared 57 years of loving marriage. Born on February 19, 1943, at home in Paxinos, Ken was the son of the late Francis and Alma G. (Hinkel) Drumheller. He was preceded in death by his beloved daughter, Lois Kunsman, in 2000. As the last surviving member of his immediate family, Ken was also predeceased by his siblings Claude and Marlin Drumheller, Leah Taylor, and Blanche Ernest.

Ken was a proud graduate of Southern Area High School, Class of 1961. He began his career working on his family farm before joining his brother Marlin in owning and operating Drumheller Brothers Lawn Equipment Sales. Later, Ken dedicated many years as Road Master for Ralpho Township until his retirement. A faithful member of St. Peter’s UCC (the Blue Church).  Ken was known for his love of mowing grass and his knack for fixing and repairing anything that presented a challenge. He enjoyed attending tractor pulls and was an avid hunter and fisherman, cherishing time spent outdoors with his family. Ken especially loved taking trips to Tennessee, Lake Erie, and New York with family and friends and always looked forward to every family gathering.

Ken will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Doris; daughters, Amy Wysock and her husband Bill, and Alma George and her husband John both of Paxinos; a son-in-law, Jamie Kunsman of VA; grandchildren, Alyson Young and her husband Landon of SC, Jacob Kunsman and his significant other Katelyn Carrick of CO, Austin George of Paxinos, and Natalie Boucher and her husband Logan of Bloomsburg; a great grandson, Tripp Young; lifelong friend, Bill Amig and his wife Donna of Elysburg.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, September 28, 2025 at 1:00 PM at St. Peter’s U.C.C. (The Blue Church), 739 Airport Rd. Paxinos, PA 17860 with a visitation from 12:00 PM until the time of service, with pastor Paul Gurba Jr. officiating. Arrangements have been entrusted to Foust Funeral Home, LLC. Trevorton, Ryan G.
